- 4 Scoops LAP Iso Protein Powder
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup local honey
- Coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup mini choc. chips
- 1 cup flax seed
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch balls, hand rolled or use a melon baller to make uniform balls and roll until smooth.
- Place on waxed paper; freeze for about 30 min-2 hours.
