I workout fasted and I the pumps are CRAZY. Sometimes the pump is too sick and my arms hurt and I can barely get to my next set lol. The EAA'S are great and taste amazing and perfect for fasted cardio, the glycotrix is amazing in itself as a carb source and for intra.

The service is also top notch. I've only ever had one complaint and that was because of Amazon and Jeff went out of his way, above and beyond to make things right. Continue to be impressed with Like a Pro’s products! Rotate Pump and Focus with the excellent Behemoth pre. Flavor and pumps are on point with no artificial colors or dyes.
