Don’t say we didn’t warn You - This cookie is going to come out HUGE! Will you take on it in one sitting? That’s up to you..

Macros Per Cookie:

  • 33g Fat
  • 47g Carbs
  • 51g Protein

Ingredients:

  • 28g Oat Flour
  • 1.5 Scoops of LAP Whey Isolate
  • 15g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 25g of Brown Sugar Substitute
  • (2 Tbsp) Peanut Butter
  • 50g Unsweetened Applesauce
  • (2 Tbsp) Light Butter
  • 10g Mini Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Step By Step Instructions:

  1. Miix together the peanut butter, butter, applesauce, and sugar substitute. until all of the brown sugar has dissolved into the mixture.
  2. Add all of the dry ingredients to your bowl, then use a silicone spatula to mix it all up until a dough forms.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips if you want extra chocolate in your cookie
  4. Refrigerate for one hour. (Refrigerating the cookie dough helps keep the shape so it won't spread out as much)
  5. After the dough is chilled, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
  6. Give the cookie an oval shape so it is slightly taller than it is wide
  7. Bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Remove the cookie from the oven and let it sit for at least one hour. (Letting it rest will give it a smoother, more gooey texture and give it the desired shape of a monstrous, irresistible cookie!
