  • 1 Scoop of Blueberry Whey ISO
  • 1 Cup of Blueberries
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Protein powder
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Almond meal
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Flax seed meal
  • 3/4 cup Gluten free oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a lined or greased muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, add blueberries and Blueberry Whey ISO. Stir in egg, honey, and coconut oil until combined.
  3. Add in all remaining dry ingredients until batter has formed.
  4. Pour batter into cups, filling 3/4 of the way. Bake muffins for 15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the muffin
